Practical control and defensive tactics built for the realities of the job. Taught by a U.S. Army veteran, 24-year law enforcement retiree and No-Gi World Champion, this class focuses on safe, effective restraint and ground control under pressure.
Who it's for: Active and aspiring officers and first responders. Held the first Saturday of every month, 8:30am–10:00am.
